All orders sent to you from Cleanwipes Ltd will be shipped using a 'signed for' service.  Please make sure that someone will be able to sign for the parcel(s) at the delivery address you give us. The shipping options we offer are listed below.

UK Shipping

We offer Standard Shipping & Express Shipping to within the UK only. For our shipping purposes, the UK includes England, Scotland & Wales.

We will usually ship items to you using Parcelforce using a 'signed for' service but may, on occasion, use a different carrier.  We will select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order; unfortunately, you are not able to select the carrier yourself.

Standard Shipping

Most items sent via standard shipping are sent using a 'signed for' service and should reach you in 2 to 4 business days.

The cost of shipping will depend on the size, volume & weight of the product(s) as well as well as the address you’re sending to.  This will be based on your postcode and will be calculated at the checkout.

Express Shipping

Most items sent via express shipping are sent using a 'signed-for' service and should reach you in 1 to 2 business days. Most orders sent using this service will reach you the next working day provided that you order Monday to Friday before 12am, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Tracking

Depending on the type delivery tracking may be available. This will depend on the carrier and the speed of delivery.  Economy deliveries will not contain tracking information.
