(e) When making purchases online, Cleanwipes only require your name, billing address, phone number & email address. All financial information is processed by Google or PayPal and Cleanwipes never see or store this information.
(f) If you would to prefer to purchase your products over the phone, Cleanwipes will require you to provide your payments details over the phone. Cleanwipes uses Paypal's Virtual Terminal to process and validate your card details. These details are not stored by Cleanwipes and are used only at the time of purchase. For security we do not recommend sending emails or faxes with your card details on them.
(g) If you require a refund for purchases made online, we will require your card details in order to process the refund using Paypal's virtual terminal. We will contact you using the information you provide when we're ready to process the transaction and will request your card details at that time. Once again these details are not stored anywhere and are only used at the time to process your refund.
(2) Cookies
A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.
We may use “session” cookies on the website. We will use the session cookies to: keep track of you whilst you navigate the website to prevent you entering duplicate information;
Session cookies will be deleted from your computer when you close your browser.
